This famous sparkling wine has for half a century won over lovers of sparkling wines with its harmonious slightly semi-dry taste and fresh medium-full floral aroma. For its production by secondary fermentation using the Charmat method, high-quality white wines are selected and these are carefully assembled into the basic cuvée according to the original recipe.
