- If, based on the Contract, the Company is obliged to deliver the goods to the place specified by the Client in the order, the Client is obliged to take over the goods upon delivery.

- When receiving the goods from the carrier, the customer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of the goods and, in case of any defects, to inform the carrier immediately. In the event of detection of broken packaging indicating unauthorized handling of the shipment, the Client does not have to accept the shipment from the carrier.

- If the method of transport is agreed on the basis of a special request of the Client, the Client bears the risk and any additional costs associated with this method of transport.
